No more turning back with your old routine, here’s Bea Marin‘s skincare tips!

 

Cara has been there to be our main wing to emanate ourselves the essence of self-love through experiencing world class skin care routine. Along with its ongoing campaign, we had the chance to let Bea Marin experience a world class skin care routine by Cara, the Revlight Skin Bright Treatments.

Entering the four walls of Cara is a new experience that any other should be having, “I really liked the experience here with Cara – from the ambiance alone is already relaxing – also the music and interiors, this is also a place where I feel the most pampered.” 

A total bum day for Bea or a jam-packed one – just pick between the two, “Usually when I got nothing to do, I’m just at home doing my blog work. But when I have work outside, it’s really a jam-packed day from events and meetings, ‘cause sometimes I try to put everything in one day, so that everything’s done”, says Bea. 

Great escape

Travelling has been Bea’s medicine to break free from work and the world, and even when she’s out, she tries her best to still keep her skin to its A-game, “I pack my routine, like probably it would be the heaviest, also the reason why my baggage is so heavy because of either my make-up or skin care.” According to a blog post by WebMD, one of the top 3 that you should not be forgetting when travelling is to: Moisturize, Forgoing the Foundation, and a Refreshing Mist of Mineral Water – a daily dose of these things to munch in would greatly help your skin stay to its healthy state.

Stretch and pose

A well-maintained shape by Bea has been on her mind already. From morning gym, breakfast meal, and the usual work from checking the social media and emails.

“I have to wipe my sweat, and I don’t wear makeup when I’m working out, because I know that some girls do, but then it actually causes my skin to breakout. So I try to avoid make-up and make sure that I’m fresh during my workout.” Getting enough sleep is also a thing to remember before you hit the gym, as well as a fuel driver such water and a butter with toast. You don’t wanna go to the gym full or empty stomach, according to SELF.

 

Munch with love

At the same time, Bea tries to keep up with her diet, “I try to eat healthy, but I have a hard time, binabawi ko sa working out. But like honestly like, hydrating with water is so important also getting enough sleep.” Heard from INSIDER , in order to have a healthy and fresh skin, staying away from alcoholic drinks, fried foods, and and anything carb-loaded could help decrease a healthy skin – jump off to a new healthy lifestyle by eating more greens and fruits.

The real goal of Cara is for us to embody the concept of ‘Self-Love’ in every aspect of our lives – from inside and out. Bea says, “Self-love, for me, is really focusing on yourself. Not just physically but also emotionally. Mentally, making sure that you take time to take breaks, relax, and try to prioritize other things besides work. Like your personal priorities.”
