In a bowl, tossed together the flaked salmon and hard-boiled eggs. In a different bowl, mix the bell pepper, diced cucumber, onions, and mayonnaise. Season with the salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon and hard-boiled eggs, add the lemon juice and gently toss. Serve it along a sandwich or lettuce.
