5 minute Salmon Salad recipe

 

This Salmon Salad recipe will be your quick daily driver to keep up with a healthy and fresh looking skin!

 

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 4 to 5 servings

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked flaked salmon
  • 2 crushed and peeled hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 red or green bell pepper diced
  • 1 cucumber peeled, seeded, and diced
  • ½ cup chopped red onions
  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ lemon juice

 

Preparation:

In a bowl, tossed together the flaked salmon and hard-boiled eggs. In a different bowl, mix the bell pepper, diced cucumber, onions, and mayonnaise. Season with the salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon and hard-boiled eggs, add the lemon juice and gently toss. Serve it along a sandwich or lettuce.
